☝ A residence permit refusal is not the end - it's the beginning of a new stage. There can be many reasons for rejection: suspicion of fake documents, insufficient income, application errors, or mistakes made by the migration office.

What you should know:
▶ You have the right to file an appeal within 30 days.
▶ The appeal can be submitted to the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs or directly to the Administrative Court.
▶ Often the rejection is due to minor formalities that can be fixed — for example, an incorrectly formatted income statement or missing translations.
